Why do we celebrate Blue Monday?
For the fourth year in a row, the Depression Gala will take place on "Blue Monday" (the gloomiest day of the year). A little crazy maybe, but that's what makes it so much fun. During this festive benefit evening, comedians, authors and experts draw attention to depression. They talk about their own experiences with depression or offer new insights into the disease. The approach is clear: it is a cheerful evening about a serious subject. Laughter is allowed and there is plenty of it. Not only the vulnerability but also the strength of people with depression are emphasized. A great initiative we think from U-center and we will attend again!
