Through short-term treatment, you will work with a team of practitioners to work with yourself. Using a unique holistic approach, we treat all problems and underlying factors simultaneously. <\/p>\n\n
During treatment, consisting of a 6-week inpatient stay and, when indicated, an outpatient follow-up program, we work together for sustainable change. We use a wide range of therapies, interventions, methodologies, etc. These are alternately offered at both individual and group level. Attention is given to psychological, physical and social well-being. <\/p>\n\n
The theoretical basis for treatment at U-center is based on 2 pillars, namely the bio-psycho-social model and theory U. They form the basis for diagnostics, the analysis of problems, the treatment plan and the treatment program to be followed.<\/p>\n\n
U-center uses evidence-based<\/em> methodologies (scientifically proven effective), supplemented with practice-based<\/em> interventions (proven effective in practice). We apply the interventions in different areas. <\/p>\n\n Recovery is only a small part of the treatment. Together we will do everything possible to prevent relapse and to enable you to continue to develop yourself once you have left U-center.
