Our Communication Center is available every weekday between 09:00 and 17:00. During the initial phone call, we will explain how our process works and answer any questions you may have.<br \/>We will then ask you for some general information, which is needed to register you for treatment. We will give a thorough advice on this. <\/p>\n<p>We will go over the reason for applying over the phone. What complaints do you have and how long have they been present? Are there psychological, physical and\/or social problems? What help have you had before and what are your expectations or goals at U-center?   <\/p>\n<p>In order to receive treatment at U-center, we need a referral from your doctor or psychiatrist. We would also like to receive reports of previous treatment, so we can make a good assessment of your complaints and personal situation. This is all essential in order to determine whether treatment at U-center is appropriate for you. These documents are also necessary for your health insurer. Your complaints are discussed in detail. Your needs and capabilities are clearly mapped out. We also go through all the medical documents you have provided. We explain the treatment, the expectations and the goals you want to achieve.    <\/p>\n<p>Mostly, the same day you will be told whether you can definitively enter treatment and when your first day of admission will be. Between the advisory consultation and the admission date, you will prepare for admission to U-center via a welcome module. You will have access to Minddistrict. You will also use this safe online treatment environment during the inpatient program to make video calls and work on online interventions.
