U-center inaugurated a second treatment center on Aug. 10.
The clinic is located at 22 Julianastraat in Epen. Previously here stood Hotel Ons Krijtland, a well-known hotel in the beautiful South Limburg countryside.
Treatment center for internationals
In recent months, the former hotel has been converted into a treatment center with space including client rooms, consultation rooms, restaurant, lounge and gym. This new treatment center is for international English-speaking clients.
The current treatment center at 23A Julianastraat will thus have more space to treat Dutch-speaking clients. U-center thus contributes to reducing waiting lists and waiting times in the clinical mental health care. U-center's goal is to offer quality care to more people with mental health and addiction problems. To achieve this, U-center went looking for a second suitable location and found it in this former hotel.
Comfortable & welcoming
The treatment center is fully equipped so that clients can fully focus on recovery. Following a seven-week intensive program means that a great deal of attention must be paid to hospitality. The environment also plays an invaluable role in this. After all, a beautiful, quiet place does wonders for a person's mental state.
