Twice a year we organize a meeting day for and with all U-center employees. This year it had to be different. That alternatives can also be fun proved on Thursday, December 10.
In the afternoon, Employee Day started with a webinar by Director Raymond van Oosterhout. In a short presentation, we looked back on the past year and looked ahead to 2021. Topics covered included internal changes, projects on quality of care for our clients, e-health, the effects of corona, saying goodbye to colleagues and welcoming many new colleagues.
In the evening, the U-center Home Bingo took place via a livestream on YouTube. Together with presenter Michiel Eijsbouts and his team, colleagues could look back on the past year with fifty custom-made bingo balls, chat, call, exchange photos and win great prizes. Lucky winners were Ton Habets, Maud Collin and Yaël Smeets. Main prize winner was our chef Rory van Dam. He won an online team-building game that he and nine colleagues will be able to play soon. Congratulations Rory!
