Starting today, U-center is offering free telephone consultations for expats. This is how we provide remote professional help during the coronavirus outbreak to anyone who needs it.

Corona-stress
The recent outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) has brought about a lot of changes in our daily lives. The Dutch government is encouraging contact minimization and has closed schools, stores and restaurants to prevent the spread of the virus. Consequently, many Dutch people feel stressed during this time. For expats in the Netherlands, this can be all the more stressful time with family and friends still in the home country.
Free professional help
During this period, it is important to take care of our physical health as well as our mental health. To support in this, U-center has decided to open our phone lines to expats who need professional help during this difficult period. Our communication center and a team of our practitioners are available to listen and offer advice between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. on weekdays. There is no charge for these consultations.
