Sustainable recovery requires an holistic approach
At U-center, a specialized mental health facility, you can receive intensive treatment focused on complex psychological symptoms such as depression, anxiety, trauma, personality problems and addiction. During a six-week inpatient stay, possibly followed by eight weeks of outpatient counseling, we take steps together toward lasting change and recovery.

U-center uses a very personal approach. After your registration we discuss together whether our way of treatment suits you. In an online conversation we map out your symptoms, your needs and your capacity to cope.
