Treatment costs are reimbursed by most health insurance companies. U-center charges a fee for additional activities and services not reimbursed during the treatment center stay. Many employers choose to pay all or part of the fee for additional services for their employee. Treating your employee at U-center also gives you a lot of benefits: a quick start, a short duration of treatment, good communication with the therapists, one or more Round the Table meetings with you, your employee and a therapist in which explanations are given, questions are answered and together we work on an appropriate reintegration plan, support in a healthy, step-by-step sustainable return to work.
