Today, U-center employees gathered in Maastricht to work together on the themes of hospitality and entrepreneurship.
During G.O.O.S. (the Great Entrepreneurial Discovery Show), guided by "Enterprising Guests" and our business coach, employees explored their own entrepreneurship. And for ways to make work even more fun and entrepreneurial with each other. In the process, even former clients and a Belgian referral came on stage! In a combination of playful assignments, pieces of theory and short films, together we came up with many new insights to raise the quality of our care for clients (and their immediate families) to a higher level!
