U-center considers its practitioners, office staff and facilities staff to be true healthcare professionals, because each of them contributes to the well-being and recovery of clients. Working at U-center stands for a lot of responsibility and variety anyway, whatever your exact role.
Thanks to a close and caring team spirit among colleagues, U-center employees feel safe, empowered and motivated. Are you facing a difficult decision or have you just had a difficult conversation or day? Discuss this with your colleagues in complete confidence, because they know the often delicate matter and context of the assistance in question just as well.
The close-knit atmosphere within the teams facilitates good mutual practical arrangements, allowing you to maintain a nice work-life balance.
Thanks to its unique, multidisciplinary and welcoming approach to multiple mental illnesses, U-center can optimally guide its clients through the first, most fundamental steps toward successful reintegration into society. This is usually done through an intensive six-week clinical treatment program, followed by outpatient treatment.
With an international outlook and ample attention to training and personal growth, U-center actively pursues the career each employee has in mind. In this way, U-center helps its employees get as much satisfaction as possible from their socially very meaningful jobs.
Internship periods at U-center for Psychology/Mental Health master's students are from September through May and span three days per week. Although a research internship is not possible, we offer a clinical internship, during which you can obtain the test diagnostics endorsement. You will receive an internship allowance and travel expenses in accordance with the CAO GGZ.
