Sustainable recovery requires an holistic approach
At U-center, a specialized mental health institution, you can receive intensive treatment focused on complex psychological symptoms such as depression, anxiety, trauma, personality problems and addiction. If previous help did not help enough and you are willing to really look at yourself, you have come to the right place.
During a seven or nine week inpatient stay, we take steps together toward lasting change and recovery.

Along the way, we offer you new insights and practical tools to work on your own recovery. In a way that suits you, aimed at permanent behavioral change and with an eye for your life at home, in your relationship and at work.
An intensive program focused on sustainable change
U-center uses a very personal approach. After your registration we discuss together whether our way of treatment suits you. In an online conversation we map out your complaints, your needs and your capacity to cope.
You are intrinsically motivated, you want to work deeply with yourself and explore why you think, feel and act in a certain way. Towards yourself and towards others. That is the road to lasting change; the goal that is the starting point at U-center. And that starts with you, with the first step you take towards your recovery.
